The first floor of each unit has a spacious, well equipped kitchen, dining area and step down living room – all with views of the open water. A bedroom with a king bed and a bath are also on this level. Upstairs the master suite also has great views of the open water and a private balcony, king size bed and private bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and its own full bath.

The sliding glass doors of the living area open to a small private patio which opens to the common patio. Lounge chairs, outdoor dining chairs and 3 gas grills are available for guests use. For a freshwater dip the complex has a pool at one end of the patio or stroll down the sandy beach to the ocean for a salt water swim.

Bring a fishing pole and you might catch supper off the fishing pier. If not supper then it’s a great spot to soak up the sun or gaze at the ocean with the water under your feet!

Each of our oceanfront villas has a fully equipped kitchen and linens and towels are also provided. Each unit also has a washer, dryer, Wireless Internet Access, 2 central air systems, and TVs in the living room and master bedroom with DVD/VHS
