Glunz Resort Stay Safe Assurance

The Glunz Resort “Stay Safe Assurance” builds upon our previous high standards of housekeeping, food & beverage and comprehensive hygiene. The Glunz Resort uses the highest grade cleaning products and has enhanced safety protocols currently in place. The well-being and safety of our guests and team members is our number one priority. We appreciate your loyalty and trust in us as a travel host. 


Disinfection & Prevention Policies

We will be adapting our Resort policies in the following ways to improve safety and health: 


Masks & Gloves 

All team members will wear masks and gloves for safety and prevention. 


Temperature Checks

Infrared touchless thermometers will be used daily on all team members. Temperature checks are also available to all guests by simply requesting one at the front desk. 


Social Distancing 

New signage has been placed across the Resort to remind guests and team members to practice social distancing. Team members will follow and enforce social distancing guidelines. Common areas have been rearranged to follow social distancing guidelines. Seating in Havana Jacks Restaurant has been arranged to comply with social distancing guidelines.  


New Elevated Cleaning Standards

Disinfecting and sanitizing equipment will be used in all guest rooms, common areas, pools, and bathrooms. We have increased the frequency of cleaning all public areas. 


Housekeeping Services

Housekeeping team members have been retrained on the proper steps of cleaning and use of disinfecting chemicals. Additional guest room sanitization and cleaning procedures have been applied to our cleanliness guidelines. Limited housekeeping services will be available by request. Linen and towel services have been modified for safety. Clean linen is provided in rooms at check in and can be refreshed upon request.  Guest rooms will be kept empty for 24 hours before a room becomes occupied subject to availability. 


Guest Rooms 

All non-essential items have been removed from guest rooms including but not limited to decorative throws and pillows, magazines, pens, paper, and compendiums.
