In addition to our 400 feet of pristine soft sand swimmable beach, the use of our two waterfront pools and spa is also included. Pool towels included. Pool floats and beach toys are stocked to encourage our guests to sink into that barefoot luxury and embrace the fun and relaxation a vacation in paradise can bring.
Kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards are also available for your enjoyment on our beautiful soft sand beach. A unique way to explore the Island. Guests under the age of 18 require an adult on the vessel at all times. We appreciate guests limiting the time to one hour per amenity in those rare cases where other guests may be waiting.
Enjoy the sights of Key Colony on our beach cruiser bicycles. With enough for the entire family, we have a selection of men’s, woman’s, and children’s bikes with helmets for all.
Cushioned chaise lounge chairs line the beach and pool areas. There is also plenty of beachside seating with tables and chairs each with their own option for umbrella shade.

Your resort fee includes parking for the length of your stay for one guest vehicle in our Standard Rooms and Suites. It covers two parking spaces for the length of your stay in a 3 Bedroom Villa.
There is a $25/day charge for each extra car. Please note that there is no trailer or boat parking on property. See helpful Resort information for more details on recommendations for off-property trailer arrangements.
