New Enhanced Housekeeping Policy

The health and well-being of our guests and associates are of the greatest importance to us. We are carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are collaborating with city and state officials to stay fully informed. In addition to our always diligent housekeeping, we have proactively implemented extra resources and sanitary procedures as preemptive measures.

To keep our guests and associates healthy, guestroom housekeeping service for “stayovers” have been suspended. Fresh linens and other necessities can be delivered upon request or exchanged in the lobby during lobby hours (M-Thurs 8am-9pm, Fri &Sat 9am-10pm). We are also happy to provide you with cleaning and disinfecting materials for your own use upon request.

All guests must wear a mask or facial covering (a fabric that covers your mouth and nose) during their stay, except inside their hotel room. That means you need to wear a facial covering during check-in at the lobby, while riding the elevator, walking in the parking lot or down the hallways, and at any other “common space” where you might come into contact with another guest or employee.

Please stay at least six feet away from others to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Complimentary hand sanitizers are available throughout the building. Please also only ride the elevator with members of your party.
