Enter on the first floor to a bright and open foyer with stairs leading up to the second floor. There you will find a spacious, well equipped full-size kitchen, dining area, and step down the living room- all with views of the open water. A bedroom with a King bed and full bathroom with a shower is on this second level also. Upstairs on the third level is the Master King Suite crowned with a private balcony boasting one for the best views this property offers, with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Also on the third floor, you will find the third bedroom that has a queen-sized bed and its own full bathroom with shower. Last but not least a wash/dryer combo, however, clean linens and towels are provided. Central AC, WIFI, and TVs are in the living room and Master Suite.
